Steven has been the principal broker of Prudential
Serls Prime Properties since 1980. Since that time, he has
orchestrated the company's growth from one office and three
salespeople to its current size of 6 offices and 250 sales
associates.
In addition to his knowledge of the residential
resale and new home housing market, Steven has extensive experience
in commercial and land development.
He is an active member of the Builder's Association
of the Hudson Valley and the local Associations of Realtors, and is
past president of the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service, where he
currently serves as executive director. |
